“First class all the way”

The Beverly Hills Wilshire exceeds its large reputation. The staff goes above and beyond typical customer service to ensure even the smallest of details are a non-issue, and the care and attention to your stay in all phases is fantastic. Can't wait to go back.

“Overrated”

This hotel is really overrated. It's not worth the price you pay. Also, the service was the most disappointing part of it all.

“Very Nice”

Great location. Service is the best. Polite and friendly. They ran out of hot water at one time but this was fixed within the hour with lots of apologies. Expensive but at least you do get a great room and great service.

“One of our top hotels in the world.”

We had an excellent stay at the Beverly WIlshire. The staff was beyond compare, and worked with us to host our family who were arriving at different times. THe wait staff at "The Blvd" was superior. One of our top stays in the world.

“Great hotel”

Excellent service and great hotel in terrific location. We stayed in a suite in the Beverly wing - where the interior definitely would benefit from some redecoration/upgrade as not in par with similar classic 5 star hotels. Nevertheless, the overall experience left us very happy with our choice of hotel, and would choose it again any time.

“Not Impressed at all!!”

Seriously, in these economic times, you would think that a hotel would want to keep its repeat business happy. Unfortunately, this was not the case this time.

“I felt special.”

This is a gracious hotel and I felt very special staying there. We had a problem with our restaurant table being very late, but were more than compensated for this with a delicious free desert and tasty horderves. In addition, the hotel gave us a very late check out that we needed for your late flight. It truly is a special experience staying at this hotel and its history is evident. The location is excellet, just around the corner from Rodeo Drive and many restaurants. I would love to go back.

“Favorite hotel ever!!”

This is by far the best hotel I stay at. Not only is it a great hotel, it is the best location and the driver takes you anywhere you want to go within a 3 mile radius, which is a lot in this area. I feel completely safe at the Beverly Wilshire and I cannot say that for other hotels I have stayed at in Beverly Hills.
