Other facilities bathroom, kitchen etc are shared which it also says so inconsistent description Key lock system was broken and had to wait in the cold for someone to driver over and bash the key off the wall with a hammer. "Host of property hasn’t answered me in any good way since I booked. She left us stranded with nowhere to stay. We had to find alternative accommodation which was almost impossible at this time of year. The lady we spoke to yesterday was shocking, no help at all. She did say this would be escalated and someone would be in touch regarding refund, but no one has. This business is the worst I’ve ever dealt with,"

"After a challenging start to our trip where our already booked VRBO cancelled on us the day of travel, staying in this home ended up great. The location is not one we were familiar with and found that we loved the real neighborhood feel after long days of sightseeing in the more crowded areas. "We traveled from Oregon to London for Spring Break (me, husband and 3 teens) . The owner was very transparent about construction going on next door, which it was but we were out of the place early every day so it didn't really impact us. The townhouse was very much as stated in the VRBO description. We had a couple of issues with things like the dishwasher, but the host was very responsive and even came over 1 evening to help us out. He was really nice and helped to make our trip even better....
