"This is a budget hotel but the rooms are as good as more expensive hotels and all the staff we encountered were very helpful and pleasant. We cannot comment on meals as we dd not dine there. The hotel is adjacent a retail park which was not a problem, the Westgate shopping centre is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Local transport does not run to the hotel but is within 10-15 minutes walk."

"It was great. Particularly good having three restaurants. But I can be very picky. All about the breakfast. The coffee wasn't great. The bacon was underdone - it doesn't need to be really crispy but it does need a bit of brown to develop the flavour. The marmalade wasn't that good either. One other thing, which I suspect may be common to all hotels these days. They wouldn't give me a paracetomol when I really needed one. Probably something to do with health and safety. But really?"
