"Wow! Appletree Barn is absolutely stunning. It is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our short break. Lovely touches like the beautifully decorated Christmas tree and the tea/coffee and biscuits made our stay really special. The property is finished to a really high standard and we could walk onto rural footpaths from the door. "Fantastic facilities and plenty of space for a multi-generational holiday. Also plenty of parking for four cars. The pool is more of a plunge pool but we expected that and the setting in the orchard was really nice. The hosts were very welcoming, and for us the clincher was the electric car charger which was so convenient. We may book again next year!"

"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"Good size property for large group of guests. 4 decent size bedrooms with double beds in each room. The matress on the beds were not very comfortable and shower area in the upstairs toilet needs updating. Host communicated well however did not see to the flush not working on the downstairs toilet. Served a purpose for our stay and overall quite satisfied."

"Beautiful and spacious hotel room in the heart of downtown. Nice bathroom, with a well maintained shower. Plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove on site for your convenience. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Birmingham, and the whole downtown is walkable from the hotel. 5 stars!!"

"It was amazing from start to finish. Amazing 2 ladies on reception, so friendly, helpfully and explained everything about items that were complementary or charged to room.
