"The staff we came into contact with were really helpful and friendly. Eager to assist with any questions. For that we are very grateful. There is a lack of staff in the hotel area so you have to find them . The grounds are stunning so beautiful, however for wheel chair users the gardens are not at all friendly and no signs to suggest where to go.
