"This is a good basic no frills hotel. The bed was very hard so it wasn’t good for me. The bathroom is small with the tiniest sink - which was awkward. The towels were nice but the linens and pillows thin and worn. The staff was wonderful, friendly and informative. The location perfect. "

"Very nice accommodations. It is a little outside the city of Bern but friendly helpful staff. Clean modern hotel. Washer and dryers for a fee but good to have option to wash clothes. If you are traveling through Switzerland I recommend having a small fan in your luggage as most hotels don’t have air and a fan would come in handy in rooms. Loved the hotel and Bern!"
