"We stayed for two nights in a junior suite, the hotel was clean and tidy, staff were all friendly and welcoming. The bar and cocktails were lovely. Unfortunately the dinner menu was not great so we ate out both nights and luckily there are many options for food and drink close by. We did have a problem with breakfast on the second day (food was burnt) we returned the plate and then got the wrong replacement food and still burnt, after raising with the restaurant manager it was refunded so no significant impact on the rest of our stay."

"Had a fantastic weekend at the Ramside whilst visiting friends in the area. Room was lovely. Clean, comfortable and the bathroom was stunning. Lovely view across the green to the treehouses. Very quiet we will definitely be back "

"Good stay - the check-in was fantastic as the lady that served us was great! Housekeeping did wake us up even though we were only staying the one night and hadn’t checked out yet. The lift in the car park was out of service on leaving. Other than that all good!"
