"Beautiful setting in a country house right in the village of Burley. Walk past green pastures,along the driveway and you are there. "We had a wonderful 14 day stay in a 1-bedroom apartment on the top floor. The area around the Mansion is beautiful, walkable nature parks and fields. It is very quiet and secluded in a safe, clean area close to shopping and eateries. The restaurant at the mansion - Becketts was such a bonus to our stay. Everything we ordered was delicious and the Full English Breakfast was a huge hit for my husband, and I really enjoyed the Avocado toast and then there was the dessert case...so yummy! The room...

Great New Forest Stay.
"The hotel was lovely. It’s a really nice hotel, great location being in the centre of Lyndhurst but surprisingly ample parking too, behind the hotel. Staff were really helpful and attentive. Peter at the front desk and Danielle in the restaurant and bar stood out the most due to their friendliness and attentiveness. Our room was a little tired, could do with some general paint and decorating. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable, all very clean and a large room. Would definitely visit again."
