We had a few minor issues that were sorted with the owner without much fuss - including replacing the toaster entirely as the old one gave up on us! "We traveled from Oregon to London for Spring Break (me, husband and 3 teens) . The owner was very transparent about construction going on next door, which it was but we were out of the place early every day so it didn't really impact us. The townhouse was very much as stated in the VRBO description. We had a couple of issues with things like the dishwasher, but the host was very responsive and even came over 1 evening to help us out. He was really nice and helped to make our trip even better....

"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"The proximity to the train was a 7 min. walk. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was a wonderful powerful blow dryer which was a plus. Door handles were a little hard to open but cute looking. The apartment overall is exactly like the pictures and spacious enough for my family of 6 for a short stay.
