The only improvement opportunity I see is in the stiffness of the mattress in the bedroom, which is rather too soft for me, as I prefer slightly more rigid ones. The sofa bed should also be considered for potential replacement or upgrade. In all, splendid stay as usual"

"The hotel does a great job of keeping the property and the rooms clean during your stay. Rooms come with everything you need and it feels very safe inside. Very easy walk to South Kensington Station to get into the city as well. "

"A fairly new establishment with a crisp front desk area and up-to-sate general amenities, the Gate sits right in the heart of East End, minutes away from the Aldgate East tube station and many eateries. Business travellers will find it handy.  Cosy Japanese restaurant on the same block.The famed but overrated Brick Lane is literally a walk through.
