"A lovely location and friendly hosts who were willing to make the extra effort. It is a small property but with everything you need. It is not the property in the photographs but close to that property. It is a holiday complex with mainly non Italian guests but authentic Castellina in Chianti is a 15 min drive away."

"Property was fine, nice and cool and very well situated. 66 steps up to the apartment was challenging and we are fit and able. Lugging suitcases was a challenge , and also at the end of a very hot day out sightseeing doing the stairs was difficult . We loved the central location … it was perfect! Instructions to open apartment door were complicated. We had a great stay and appreciated the bottle of Chianti from our host, Martina, who allowed us a later checkout. Grazie!"

"Fantastic! We would definitely recommend this location. The apartment had everything we needed and it was so clean and modern with touches of tuscany. A small place that had very good use of space that made it feel larger. The location was perfect for walking to all of the sites we wanted to visit and more. We were so close to the river for amazing sunsets, restaurants everywhere and the piazza had some wonderful music every night. "
