"Its pretty much dead center of the City life in SF. We walked back from the club after a day if bar hopping through the City. Bathrooms are really clean so thats a good sign in my opinion. "

"The property itself was stunning. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The room was beautiful. The area around the hotel was rough. Construction everywhere and the homeless population was to the extent it felt unsafe to walk around. We witnessed a women drop her pants and defecate right out front in between two cars. Again properly beautiful but just watch your surroundings when not on the property itself. "

"We stay here a few times a year. The bell hop is always very friendly. The registration person is usually good but nothing stand out- this time , the person was very friendly, took time to really listen when I answered his"how was your drive here?". Then he gave us a corner room- a nicer room than we have ever gotten; a late check out and a couple of nice comments about how great the hotel is and SF in general. That is all it takes in the day to make a guest feel welcomed!!! not hard but we do not find it in most hotels we stay out."
