"My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!"

"We had a great time and had plenty of space for our large group ! We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the backyard pond as well! We would definitely choose this again. The only negative was that some of the carpet and outdoor furniture just need a little refresh and more shower towels would have been great ! Otherwise totally perfect."

"We had our family vacation at this property and it did not disappoint. There was something for all ages, and enough space and privacy for the baby to nap, the big kids really liked the lazy river and water slides, and I enjoyed the big kitchen, reading my book poolside and never having to hear I’m bored. ;) It was a short 20 minute drive to Disney Springs, and very close to the other parks and restaurants. You really can’t beat the location for a Disney trip."

"First and foremost, Katie was the epitome of an excellent host. She helped us with any questions that we had quickly and efficiently. The home was equipped with all the bells and whistles - even an Alexa in the kitchen that we used to entertain our family . The pool was perfect for our group. Each room has its own unique style. This house is in a great central location for all the major Orlando activities - Universal, various Disney parks, Legoland, etc. Legoland is just under and hour away but the Disney parks are all within 25 minutes or less. The house offers 4 bedrooms each en-suites so everyone in the family has their own space.
