Villa is a luxurious two-story townhome that offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room on the first floor that is ideal for relaxing or entertaining guests. The living room is tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and equipped with a large TV that guarantees an immersive entertainment experience.

The kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped with all the cookware you'll need to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're a seasoned chef or a beginner, you'll have everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes. The kitchen also has ample counter space and storage cabinets, making it a joy to use.

Upstairs, you'll find the bedrooms that offer a serene and private retreat. The master bedroom is a highlight of the house, featuring a jetted tub where you can unwind after a long day. The queen bed in the master bedroom is comfortable and spacious, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The guest bedroom is equally comfortable, with two twin beds and a full-size bathroom.

Great location

Stayed here for one night after a concert. It's a great, safe location and the accommodations are plenty. Definitely recommend for a stay.

Fabulous location

My family and I stayed here for a short 2 day stay to be near Discovery Cove. The location was perfect, only minutes away. It is also close to the Orlando Outlet Mall.

Great last minute place to stay

The townhome/hotel was in a great location, very affordable, and fairly well stocked. Could use some salt and pepper with all the other spices and some baking sheets, but other than that a very nice place to stay.

Good place for a quiet stay.

Very impressed with the layout, cleanliness, and hospitality. The location was very close to everything we were doing off of International Drive. I appreciate the effort that the host put in for our stay.

Weekend trip with the family

This was our first time renting and staying in a VRBO. The host gave me instructions on what to do when we arrived, and it was a simple check in process. The villa was a little dated but efficient and clean.

We had a great family trip

Chris is a great owner and responds quickly which allowed for us to have a great experience. Check in and check out was a breeze. There were plenty supplies for our stay and the location is close to everything.

Overall, it's a great place and value. The location is perfect for Sea World, Disney Springs and the OCCC. Very quiet and the grounds are nice. The condo is in good condition, with just some minor improvements that could be made but it served us well and we enjoyed the stay.

The check in process was quick and the place was clean and fully stocked! Would have like more/larger trash bins, and the shower pressure in the second bedroom could have been better. But overall it was a good stay and perfect location!

Location and convenience

Great location for SeaWorld parks, convention center, and universal parks. Quiet area. Kitchen has everything you need for making meals. The 2.5 bathrooms are very convenient when you have a number of people.

Host was quick to respond to questions. Location was easy to find and short distance from airport and really close to Sea World. Everything in the house was in working order. Would choose this location again.

Beautiful surroundings

Our stay in Orlando was for a church gathering. The church of God of Prophecy General Assembly . Room was clean with kitchen utensils, bedrooms no complaints and property one to admire for its cleanliness. Will stay again if and when in Orlando

It was very laid back and quiet just how we like it. Very clean and nice apartment. My only issue was with the very uncomfortable bed. Other than that everything was great.

Perfect for a family SeaWorld Visit

This villa was perfect for our family of 5 when we were in Tampa visiting SeaWorld. Plenty of space for us to spread out; way better than cramming into a hotel room. The Villa had everything we needed, and was clean. No complaints. We cooked breakfast each morning, and there were lots of close options for takeout for dinners. Also, the kids loved the heated pool!

Business trip

Stay was good. Only a few mishaps while we were there. The plumbing is not the best but management came right away. Also had a mis hap withe one of the windows but management can and took care of it. In all the stay was good for the money.
