"Love the pool area and right across was the beach. Only problem was the hot tub was really cold. When asked staff said it was cause it was powered by air condition of the rooms so if there’s no one using the air condition not so many people in the hotel it won’t be warm cause they Are eco friendly. Also the restaurant downstairs didn’t offer much for variety for breakfast. Set menus per day and quite expensive. Staff was very friendly. "Very peaceful area near the arab street with night dining. Hotel team very courteous and helpful. The checkin staff are lovely and smiling and explained everything for our stay. Breakfast very decent with alot of variety and rooms very comfortable , spacious and housekeeping was great.The pool was nice and relaxing. "The room is big and clean and it’s located right on orchard road. Very convenient to access to the MRT station. It’s fully covered so it doesn’t matter if it’s rain or shine, you can access to the MRT and shopping center connected to it. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. "
