"The staff was wonderful. Property was clean. However, reached out via messenger prior to visit about how this was my bday and first time in Chicago-we had a 2nd flr room w/literally no view (back alley) and the sheets were so pilled up it was like sleeping on sand paper. Worst sleep ever in years. "

"Good position in respect to magnificent mile, but you need a room at the rear. Way to noisy on from of hotel,even for 10th floor. No safe in room, so I wouldn't stop at this hotel again. To make it more secure, I changed my towels and put the trash out myself and left do not disturb notice up the whole time I was there."

"It's a nice hotel. Classic building so don't expect big rooms, and the elevator is over taxes so you might have to wait your turn. Still, location is excellent and staff are great. Good value that's for sure."

"Club Quarters on the Loop is in a great location for seeing all that downtown Chicago has to offer, plus stops for both the red and blue lines are just a block away, making it incredibly easy to explore fun neighborhoods, catch a Cubs game and more."

"30 to 1 hr away from the city but the place is quiet and safe. Some restaurants around. The hotel smells good and looks clean. Need some improvements on breakfast options. Overall satisfactory stay"

"Fantastic location. It was great to be able to walk to most places. We liked the printout of suggestions for places to eat. Coffee available in Club Lounge was good, but it would have been nice to have tea and coffee in rooms. Staff were great. Good value for money in a big city. We would definitely stay again."
