“Disapointing stay”

It is understandable that an hotel needs to remodel, this doesn't mean that the room you get have to be dirty, not vaccumed

“Under construction”

The Best WEstern at O'HAre is a perfectly average hotel. The rooms were small but comfortable and fairly clean. They were kept very cold, and there were no extra blanets. The breakfast offered was a standard continental breakfast, which is no breakfast at all in my book. But the lobby and most of the first floor was under contruction. I think I could have done much better for about the same amount of money.

“Good price during remodeling.”

I read many bad reviews before coming here. Many impatient ppl who can't handle walking through a few feet of construction. The room was a good price, and clean, and close by Enterprise and the airport. Free wifi is a plus. Construction only means it is getting upgraded.

“close to airport”

We always stay at this hotel everytime we fly through Chicago. But, would not recommend this hotel right now, because it is under construction. The hotel staff has always been very helpful to us. Once the construction is done, I would highly recommend it.

“Appaling”

It should really say on the website that they are undertaking serious renovations at the moment. The hotel left a note in the room saying that they appreciate my understanding and in recognition of that, they provided a $2 discount on anything on the menu or a free continental breakfast. The continental breakfast consisted of a croisant. That was it. The room was very tired indeed. I was not expecting anything amazing when I booked the hotel but this was shockingly bad.

“Wait until renovations are complete”

Rooms were the only high light. Would have been nice if we had been forewarned that the place was undergoing extensive renovations...Even using the free breakfast feature was rather annoying...You have to walk through the restaurant, then once the servers find out you are using the free breakfast feature, you are guided to another section with some tables, or another room all together. Also rather poor choices for the free breakfast as well....Staff at front desk were sharp with people and had little patience, with the exception of Andrew...Doubt very much if we would stay at this location again.

“Can't wait to leave the hotel”

the hotel is horrible, I can not understand why expedia recommended it as a triple star hotel. The noise of the ice machine is a nightmare!!!!! there is no bath towel in the room until we asked for. The smell in the room is really bad. the speed of the WIFI is like the network of 90's ! I just can't wait to leave the hotel
