"I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. No where in their description of the hotel did they state “ no unmarried couples.” And they flatly refused to give us a reason we could not share the same room. Instead, they claimed that they did not receive payment from Expedia even though the booking was confirmed by Expedia.
