“Trident Nariman”
Fantastic hotel. Classy, yet comfortable. Staff was very good. Location is convenient for activities in Nariman Point and Churchgate, easily walk to almost anywhere. Restaurants and bar were both very nice and the service was as good as I have had in India. Very good experience and highly recommend this hotel.
“excellent hotel and staff”
Stayed for 2 nights. Very slick service from friendly staff. Immaculately kept rooms and facillities. Most enjoyed. Will stay here again.
“Bent over backwards to help”
Staff went out of there way to help and when my colleague got ill they helped even more.
“Very Impressive”
Nariman Point is an excellent place to stay. Great hotel with friendly staff. I could not find a fault with anything. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai and need to get away from the hustly and bustle of the city life.
“great view, great hospitality”
we had a great service, hotel was conveniently located and treatment was perfect
“excellent, an oasis at the end of long tiring days. Will definitely come back next trip.”
an excellent location, and an excellent 5 star hotel
“loved it!”
Great hotel, with staff who are kind and helpful. The concierge helped us set up tours that are not in your regular tourbook, and we had a great time. Would definitely return!
“Mumbai”
This is one of the nicest hotels in Mumbai. While the service was excellent and the sheets were clean, the hotel room smelled of urine. I didn't complain because there isn't much they can do about it, I suppose.
“Smokers not welcome”
As a smoker I do not expect to be forced to stand out in the street when I am paying for a 5 star hotel or to go and hide my addiction in my bedroom, stinking the room out and all my clothes 'cos you can't open any windows. They can't be bothered to provide an outside space and they close the pool area at 8.00 pm when they could provide a bar/coffee area there until at least midnight. The hotel feels regimented and not comfortable. This hotel is not suitable for holiday-makers. It is a corporate, high rise, air-con factory with no charm!
“A welcome retreat”
Having spent three weeks travelling wonderous and challenging India by car, train and plane I was in need of a sanctuary from the thrills and spills that is India. The Trident was just what I needed. Touches such as roses in the lounge and bathroom, an Arabian Sea view, great food and gym got me back in balance for the long flight and immediate return to work. As a solo female traveller, I liked seeing female staff in supervisory roles at the hotel and being asked for my businees card at reception in a country that seems confused and perplexed by a 'working woman'.
