"First of all , Tom is a lovely host friendly and had suggestions for dining and taxi service . Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for moving around . Breakfast was very hospitable and yummy food provided with company at one table with the other B&B persons. My only issue was that four rooms shared a bathroom on the second storey so maybe a suggestion would be to have potentially scheduled shower times or cleaning supplies to share between persons visiting . Thanks "

"The property was easy to find but when u Google map it use the postal code not the address. Theres 2 places with same address and there 25 minutes apart. breakfast was good rooms were nice ,bus was a few minutes away. Our 1st time at a bed and breakfast and we're quite with our stsy."

The owners Sandy and Cathy make an effort to have a conversation with you around the breakfast table, and they sure do have stories to share. They make your stay very welcoming. "

"We loved Highland Guest House. It's in a perfect location in a great little tow. Our hosts were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was fantastic, and another guest lounge had supplies of tea, coffee and fruit available during the day. We found many wonderful walks in the area, great meals in the nearby pub and lots of interesting shops in town. This guest house was also the best value accommodation we found on our holiday in the UK."

"We had the most incredible stay at The Queen's View for so many reasons. On the way to the B&B, there was an accident in the middle of Linlithgow cutting off all traffic through the town and I had no idea how to get through to the B&B. Without needing to call, Catriona messaged us with directions helping us get around the traffic and saved an extended argument in the car! On arrival, we were greeted by Catriona and shown to our room (Superior Double Room w/ garden view), which was stunning and...

"Unterkunft sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im ganzen Haus liegt alter staubiger Teppichboden aus. Zimmer sehr altbacken. Leider war der Wasserkocher so alt und/oder nicht richtig gereinigt, dass sich das Material am Boden gelöst hat und Schimmel darin war auch nicht auszuschließen. Eigentümerin hatte mich herfahren und parken sehen, kam aus ihrem Cottage heraus und lief an mir vorbei ohne zu warten oder grüßen. Sie wusste genau, dass ich ein Gast des Hauses bin. Etwas sonderbar."

"Great family run place with nice rooms and a covenient location. This place is great if you're renting a car or not. It's right by the train station that goes to either Glasgow or Edinburgh, but in a small-town area so that if you have a rental car, it's easy to manage. Lots of sights to see nearby. Great Scottish breakfast on request! Nicola is an excellent cook."

"Nice property for the most part. Didn’t realize and wasn’t told bedrooom is below ground with no windows for courtyard suite but it didn’t bother us after all. Clothes washer was a bit dirty but was free to use."
