"Owner is very attentive. I arrived early and was welcome and showed to my room. It is very conveniently located to Stirling castle,downtown, shopping and dining. They have an excellent restaurant, unfortunately was closed during my stay. I was traveling by myself and I feel very safe during my stay. Breakfast had an excellent variety. I ordered the Scottish breakfast,was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this cute B&B. "

He’s so friendly & literally reachable in minutes if things don’t go quite right in any aspect of your trip. I’ve never stayed at such a wonderful Bed & Breakfast, truly (and I travel quite a lot)....

"We found our small double to be as advertised SMALL, but cozy. Jackie and her staff were accommodating and breakfast was delicious. The location was ideal for those who like to walk around an old walled city and there were many dining options nearby"

"We only stayed a night at Seton Guest House before we headed off to the airport but it was a very charming, clean, and quiet place. The room was beautiful, and thoughtfully-appointed. The owners were very nice as well. "

"We thought we were booking into an Inn with facilities but its a complex of Lodges which are being constructed and a building site. There was no superior room, we were in a Lodge away from the main building as that has just been hanged into rooms with a few tables and chairs in the kitchen for breakfast.. The restaurant hasn't been built yet awaiting planning permission. This is not what we booked on our Anniversary Trip through Scotland - very disappointing We nearly fell over the raised...

"We really enjoyed our short stay in the family suite at Crags Hotel. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Large, comfortable, quiet rooms and lovely bathroom. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"A beautiful, tranquil country setting on11 acres with ease of access to bus services if you choose, as I did. The owners go to great lengths to make sure you have everything that you need and more. A choice of homemade breakfasts each day with a fire glowing in the antique dining room. Also for guests is an Elegant yet cozy living room also with toasty fire, books or tv. Wander around the property and enjoy the gardens, the gentle brook, and free-roaming pet chickens. Highly recommended!"

"I booked it through hotets.com and paid full payment. But once I reached there I was told to again pay in cash the full amount. They told me that I will be refunded the amount through hotels.com and they will email me the receipt. Neither did I received any email bearing the receipt of payment not did any amount recouped from hotels.com in my account. This is not at all acceptable. I emailed hotels.com about this issue but have got no reply.... "

"Nice property for the most part. Didn’t realize and wasn’t told bedrooom is below ground with no windows for courtyard suite but it didn’t bother us after all. Clothes washer was a bit dirty but was free to use."
