I booked it through hotets.com and paid full payment. But once I reached there I was told to again pay in cash the full amount. They told me that I will be refunded the amount through hotels.com and they will email me the receipt. Neither did I received any email bearing the receipt of payment not did any amount recouped from hotels.com in my account. This is not at all acceptable. I emailed hotels.com about this issue but have got no reply....

A large house located a mile easy of the city centre. Used by people on work its actually well appointed . I had an en suite room which had great bathroom facilities The only issue is that they will only take cash upon arrival, which is not noted by Expedia, and in Covid times is difficult when most people don't carry much. I was told to walk to the cash machine to get some money before I could check in...which was not a great start at all

Good stay was very quiet area near to city centre 10 min walk or ten on bus 5 by train .near glasgow cathedral and necropolis and oldest house in Glasgow.
