"Overall this is my favourite place to stay when I am in London. Just a small comment about breakfast. I always asked for a large pot of green tea with one tea bag only, as I don't like my green tea turn to brown tea but never delivered correctly, either a large pot with 3 tea bags or a medium pot with 2 tea bags or a small tea pot with 1 tea bag. Perhaps next time."

When we arrived we were questioned if we book the room via Expedia, I said yes and almost instantly the room we booked, a king, was just not available. I told here that it was unfortunate being that I had booked the room months in advance and I needed to involve management. Almost as fast the room I booked became available.
