"House was quiet, clean and as described. Property owner and manager were very nice and responsive. Excellent fenced in large yard space for kids/dogs. Conveniently 10 minutes from restaurants/Walmart. 3 min from Dollar General. Only complaint is you cannot run hot water in sink while in shower or expect a cold shower. Also bring your own bath soap."

"This house was good for our large group. We had mostly preteen girls! Everyone had their own space. The kitchen was every spacious and had everything we needed. Hope to use this house again if we're in the area!"

"This home is super cute and with a beautiful kitchen and 3 very comfortable bedrooms. For us the location is great for visiting family and friends. The only thing that could make it better would be a little more comfortable sofa and it would have been helpful to have a blowdryer. That was my fault because I should have read the amenity list a little closer. We will always consider staying here when visiting Little Rock!"

Some poor attempts were made to fix the issue but during our 3 weeks there, internet was out over half the time. And there was no true urgency to fix it until the day before our move out. "I was surprised to find a last minute eclipse spot in Little Rock on such short notice and for a very reasonable price. It was much cheaper than all other options. The only thing lacking is a full length mirror and maybe a strainer for noodles. Also the back yard was overgrown and could use some chairs or something to make it feel more usable. We had a great time."
