“Would stay here again”
Nice place. There was dried blood on the bathroom door. They cleaned it quickly but never apologized or offered any sort of retribution. However, they were nice.
“Great Place to Stay”
The room was comfortable, great breakfast area/food selection, and friendly staff. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring downtown!
“Great place to stay in Little Rock”
Love this hotel-quite charming. Second year stayed here for a tennis tournament in Little Rock. The staff is great. Love the location-easy walk to the river market restaurants and attractions. The pool and outdoor seating was nice. Definitely stay again.
“Nice Place To Stay”
We enjoyed the welcome- very comfortable and friendly.
“Great Hotel Great Location”
Great Hotel Great Location Good value.
“I'm picky, but I don't have a single complaint. Great experience!”
We didn't want to stay in North Little Rock, and frankly, I wasn't sure about staying downtown either. But, we were there for an event at the Statehouse Covention Center, so downtown was really the best bet. I am very picky about hotels (I even check under the mattress and behind the headboard for bedbugs,) and I am thrilled to say that I don't have a single complaint! We checked in at the same time a very large group checked in, and the girls at the desk were friendly and calm. The hotel appears to be completely remodeled inside- very up to date decor and furnishings, very clean! The room and bathroom were spacious. The bed was comfortable. All that, and breakfast too! The desk staff in the morning was as friendly as the night staff. Also, my concerns about staying downtown were unfounded. We had no problems whatsoever, and wished we had time to enjoy the many things available in downtown Little Rock. Parking is a little challenging, but the hotel offers valet service if you are so inclined, and public parking is plentiful- free or pay. We were able to park free and close by- no problem.
“I would recommend this hotel to anyone”
This was a great stay for the nightly rate we paid. We were impressed with the service and value of this hotel. The staff was great and accommodating, the room was spacious and well furnished. We took advantage of the wi-fi, exercise equipment, pool/patio area, and continental breakfast. All the amenities were excellent. The walk to all of the restaurants and shops was short, and enjoyable. I really appreciate a good value when I travel, and even if it would have been more expensive, I would be satisfied.
“Great hotel”
This hotel is in a great location. The bar/lobby/room were all spotless. Staff was friendly.
“Great for 2.5 star hotel”
The location is 3 blocks from the river and all the market shops, which is really nice. I was there for 6 days, and this was a big plus. The staff were courteous, but not overly friendly, especially the ones working in the breakfast/kitchen area. The breakfast was good some days, but some days it was really bad. The room service was horrid. We ordered several things one night, and it was a joke with a big price tag, so do not get room service. I would recommend walking a few blocks to several really nice restaurants and cafes. The one thing I was surprised at was that our rooms were not cleaned very well, including the bathroom. Overall, I would say that it is definitely a 2.5 star hotel, but the price is a bit much for what is offered.
“Will be a repeat customer”
Everything was great! Will use Hampton again!
