“Highly Disappointed(Night from HELL)”

I just want to inform everyone of the Horror I just experienced at this hotel. I had reserved my room 2 months ago. I've reserved here many times in the past with my Debit Visa card and didn't have a problem. I was only told that they would charge my card temporarily a charge but afterwards it would be waived after I check out. . My 3 year old child loves coming and staying in their hotel. And just imagine your child looking at you in sad disappointment and saying, "Mommy why we not staying in the hotel?". HURTFUL I tell ya'. Just heart breaking. I just want everyone to know what I went through and get the heads up.

“Wonderful”

I checked in to attend a conference. Wyndham upgraded my room and I had a hot tub in my room. It was absolutely perfect. I felt like a princess.

“Another city, another hotel”

Title says it all... another city, Little Rock is likely more boring than most. Another hotel, nice place, would have been better within a city with something to do

“Wyndham Riverfront”

THe stay was ok but not any better than Holiday Inn Express not a great value for the price. The only thing it had going for it was the location and I guess that is enopugh.

“Really nice place to stay.”

The only thing I didn't like about the Hotel was the zig zag maze to the rooms.

“Wyndham Stay”

The hotel was ok, however, upon check-in, the customer service representative indicated that I needed to take everything out of my car. She stated that numerous break-ins had occurred and it was due to people leaving things in their car. The room was nice but she offered an upgrade and subsequent to my accepting, she informed me that she did not have any. This was not the best service that I have received.

The River Market area is an excellent choice.

“An OK stay”

I stayed one night at the hotel and it was "okay." Service at front desk and maid service were fine. However room is a bit dated and some small appliances and lights did not work. Nice enough for a short stay. Surrounding neighborhood is great.

“Wyndham Riverfront”

We stayed here for a conference, and while the conference was great, the hotel was so-so. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. Other than that there was a complication between Expedia and the front desk and we spent over an hour trying to get into a room--I had our paper in hand. Choosing to stay here was for convenience for the conference we were attending on site. For the price I have booked better hotels--
