"My husband and I loved our stay in the barn. We just wish it was longer! Lisa was so kind and welcoming and the breakfast items she left us were perfect. Everything was as advertised and was even better in person. The barn was very clean with ample supplies and the garden was perfect to admire. Spring was definitely in bloom! Since we only had 2.5 days, we definitely plan on coming back. The location was great and we loved being able to walk less than 5 minutes to a nice restaurant. There...

"The house was lovely and really easy to walk not the town centre. Information from the host both before our stay and the welcome info when we arrived was really useful. They have thought of everything even down to leaving condiments etc in the kitchen. The kitchen was very well equipped, you don’t need to take anything with you except your food! Bathrooms were clean and again, supplies were provided. Couldn’t fault it."

"Was informed 3 days before stay that we would be staying in a different house to listing, which for us was ok. Clean bedding, comfortable beds. However the house although wasn't filthy it wasn't clean. The whole place looked like a family had just "popped out". Clothes hanging on doors, shoes left where they had just taken them off, generally a untidy house."

"This was a family get together of 6 adults and 4 children (aged 4-7) and the property was just perfect in every single way - location, size, layout and all the wonderful house amenities. We could not have asked for more with the most special memories made in this truly stunning house. We were reluctant to venture too far away from all this fabulousness but we did visit “Little Owl Farm” up the road one morning which was also perfect for us all. "We really enjoyed using this large property for a work/social weekend with a big group of us. The facilities were excellent, beds comfy and it was so great to have the big conservatory and garden room to get together as a whole group, as well as the sunny garden to enjoy some outside time. Great location as we come from all over the UK and Nathan, the host, was super helpful too. We are planning to book again for next year."

"Short two night stay over the Christmas period, the house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. Location was ideal has we had arranged a visit to the Black Country Museum, also we had lovely meal booked at the Bella Dona Italian restaurant both within a short drive. Awesome short break would certainly recommend."

"Beautiful and spacious hotel room in the heart of downtown. Nice bathroom, with a well maintained shower. Plenty of hot water. Fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove on site for your convenience. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown Birmingham, and the whole downtown is walkable from the hotel. 5 stars!!"

"A good well priced suite in the heart of Birmingham. Had a couple issues trying to contact them but once contact was made it was all pretty clear. Issue with being in the middle of town is noise. Room was warm but couldn’t have window open due to it being too loud outside at night. "
