"Location not suitable for people with disablilities or other walking difficulties. The area is surrounded by steep hills, narrow cobbled streets with broken and loose stones. The staff are very enthusiastic and probably need to be aware of the difference between providing an excellent service and over selling their products and services. "

"We enjoyed our visit so much. One of the best hotels in Istanbul. The standard room is big and comfortable. The lobby is huge and the service is excellent. The hotel looks much better and more beautiful than the pictures. Location: around 10-15 minutes walk from Osmanbey Metro station. We have a car so moving from and to the hotel was very smooth. I recommend it. We will definitely come back again."

"Guest relations and concierge services & front office were excellent , was not at all happy with house keeping service. Coffee pods were not replaced , tissue boxes were not replaced , old juice bottles which were not consumed & we’ve glasses were not cleared. Spa is nothing great. Location is excellent."

"Staff are friendly. Call property is pretty well maintain. I stayed there nine days. The breakfast buffet was pretty much identical every day. Don’t forget for this property is located and Asia side of Istanbul not in Europe. Overall If I were to stay in Asia Side again, I will book this hotel. "
