This hotel was fantastic. My wife, my 2 older teenage kids and I all loved it. Breakfast buffet was not to be believed. Located right on the beach.
My complaints are that pool and gym closed at 7pm and buffet dinner (which was fantastic) was a little expensive.

Had a great time. Hotel very good and food was excellent. Will definitely stay again. Great facilities, pools were great and I loved being on the beach. The only negative of our stay was bar staff. They need to be trained better and be more professional .
We stayed for 4 days. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great but the hotel was a pleasure to relax at. The hotel is due for a facelift but is still charming. It is separate from the main Herod palace. The bedroom overlooked the pool area and beach. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets good quality. There are tea and instant coffee making facilities in the bedroom. There is also a coffee machine and Evan bottles but these are all extra charges. The room is spacious. Only one sink in the bathroom and dated but perfectly usable and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are included. An excellent choice at breakfast and the dining room is managed by the most gorgeous girl, Orly. May all hotels have someone like her. Thought the day in the lounge there is complimentary food, drink and more or less anything you want. This is above and beyond what is expected and it was certainly a pleasure. We used the spa and all our treatments were booked by a very smiley girl, Liat. Talia the manageress of the spa runs the operation very well. Treatments a good standard and a fair price. Dinner was included in the price. The service was average as was the food. This is meant to be one of the best restaurants in Eilat and I think if you were in a major city, this would not be considered good. The menu does not change. The vegetables that accompanied the meal were of poor quality, soggy asparagus, lumpy mash but we nevertheless enjoyed it. The restaurant decor is tired.
Medium sized hotel so not as busy as the big ones near the beach, well situated at the junction into town, loads of shops and restaurants nearby, a 5-10 minute walk to the beaches . Good food and helpfull staff. We phoned for extra pillows to reception and they were brought to our room in less than 5 minutes.
Hotel checked us in right away as we came in, around 1 pm. Hotel is not new , but very well kept up. The only problem with and some other hotels is WiFi, they give you 30 min card for free if you need it longer u need to pay, and connection in our room wasn't good.
We loved the location, the beach and pool areas. We only had breakfasts in hotel wich were very good, lots of choices so you don't have to eat same thing every day. We had lunch only once at pool restaurant it was very good as well. For diner there are many restaurants walking distance along the beach.
