"We had a wonderful stay. I loved the modern and fun vibe of W. The staff were very welcoming and warm. We really enjoyed the pool and noticed the kids having a great time on the slide. "Faultless customer service starting from check in all the way to check out. They kindly upgraded our room since it was my birthday and also gave me a birthday cake which was one of the best chocolate cakes I’ve had. The room was large, bed comfortable and no noise disturbance at all. MRT station next to the hotel for convenience.
