"First of all -- this is a fantastic location. Looking out over the cathedral, and a few feet from the High Street, I can't imagine a better place to spend three weeks (as we did). I'd like to make a special comment about the front desk staff, who were always cheerful and helpful, especially Sophie, Liam, and the manager (whose name I'm sorry to say I've forgotten). "This is a lovely old tavern with comfortable accommodation. The staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful, and it is in a great location. There are plenty of references to the White Star Line, in particular the Titanic, which was very interesting.
