"The location and overall appeal of this hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and professional and the room was really nice, comfortable bed and very clean. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the breakfast. It was very expensive for what it was, and a proper buffet style approach might have worked better - especially if you only want a light breakfast. However that said we would stay again and would recommend, maybe just eat breakfast at one of the many local cafes! "

"The hotel was lovely. It’s a really nice hotel, great location being in the centre of Lyndhurst but surprisingly ample parking too, behind the hotel. Staff were really helpful and attentive. Peter at the front desk and Danielle in the restaurant and bar stood out the most due to their friendliness and attentiveness. Our room was a little tired, could do with some general paint and decorating. Otherwise the bed was very comfortable, all very clean and a large room. Would definitely visit...

"This was a trip with our dogs which turned out to be outstanding. Super dog friendly hotel and staff. Room overlooking the cricket ground with good balcony ( apart from glass sides). Match on the Friday was an education for a non cricket person. Walks for muts were fabulous and straight from hotel. Breakfast was very pleasant. All in all a very nice stay and a huge surprise as the Hilton didn’t feel like a huge soulless chain. Will stay again. "

Simi and Jaison made sure she got everything she needed and Simi especially is a friendly and bubbly member of the staff. "Nice hotel, great location for concerts/events. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast not bad but some of the cooked stuff had been hanging around a while. Bit noisy late at night from local night club but still managed to get to sleep.Extractor fan not working in bathroom, reported on that when leaving. Hopefully it has been repaired by now. No liners in bins - a small but important issue. Pretty good value for money, booked sometime in advance. "
