"This is a great property. I had the most wonderful view. Nice and clean. Great location but a bit of a walk to anything. Grab app doesn't work well for the location. Not super close to an lrt station. Still a lovely spot and would highly recommend. Cons- no one on site. Checkin is with the person in the cafe level 10 but that was hard to figure out. Had no idea what time the pool was open and the little cafe has odd hours for breakfast. But they do an excellent job, delicious. "

"Wonderful place to stay in KL city. Feel like our home. This is a very complete and convenient condo. We love the international channels IPTV, water dispenser, city view, huge swimming pool and best of all, it located above Pavilion mall, my favourite shopping mall in KL."

"The hotel communicated with me before arrival ensuring I had all the necessary information. Check in was fast and simple. The room was clean, neat and had everything I needed. The rooftop pool area had a comfortable seating area and was breezy in the afternoon. It was very close to Jalan Alor area so lots of eating options. Walkable to KLCC park and Petronas Towers, Tomes Square and KL Forest Echo park. Overall great value and I’d stay there again. "

"Location is very central, close to shops and restaurants. Shopping malls are at walking distance. Good for family with kids. We took double bedroom and it suited us well. Staffs are welcoming and very helpful. "

"comfortable bed. aircon a bit noisy but worked well as a white noise machine. shower was spacious and comfortable. good water pressure. towel was large. in-room safe was useful. adequate hangers for clothes. very accessible by monorel but always traffic jam right in front of the hotel. gigantic mall Berjaya Times Square is just an overhead bridge away, and new mall Lalaport is another bridge away. more food and shopping options behind the hotel."

"I absolutely loved my stay at the Dorsett Residences in Kuala Lumpur. The staff were very kind and helpful and the property itself was beautiful. The amenities were wonderful. The views were great. The area is situated near Bukit Bintang, and is close to anything you would want whether it’s food options or shopping. I will definitely book here again when I come back to KL next year. "The thing that I like is the location. It is a walking distance to Pavilion mall. The thing that I don’t like: 1. There is a cockroach in my unit. 2. There are no cloth hanger and hair dryer provided. it was only given on the 2nd night after I requested. 3. Most importantly, the unit is different from the picture in the Expedia when I booked. 4. Last thing, the unit is not well maintained."

"It’s affordable price and have a nice view. But don’t expect perfect condition. Just a normal house at bukit bintang under the name of “swiss garden”. For a shortstay and with low budget is a good choice. But for more than 2 days I don’t recommend. Have a hidden charge rm15/day for cleaning service and parking rm10/day. For someone particular about cleanliness, its not the place. Cleanliness poor and house in fair condition. "
