“'Mazing”

We were upgraded in this hotel so we were treated to a Petronas Towers-view suite complete with treadmill! We both loved this hotel, I can't fault it. It's in a great location in Bukit Bintang, opposite a fantastic shopping centre, down the road from the centre of Kuala Lumpur. The pool area was nice and they had little buttons you could press to order a drink or food (a nice touch I thought). The restaurants at the hotel were amazing. Prego (the Italian one) served authentic wood-oven pizzas and tasty steaks with an open kitchen (they did seem to have 20 chefs for just the two of us in the restaurant though). Qba, the Latin American grill did amazing steak and is famous for its steak tasting plates. Qba's bar is very popular with KLites and hotel guests alike, serving delicious cocktails and providing a bit of atmosphere (unusual for a hotel). Overall I really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely come back (even if I wasn't upgraded again next time!).

“Located at shopper's heaven !”

Fantastically positioned for KL's shopping emporia ! This hotel surprised in terms of quality and service - despite being busy and buzzy the hotel delivers on every count. The breakfast is truly outstanding..... Highly recommended.

Great comfortable beds in big bedrooms with lovely well appointed bathrooms. Breakfast is the best of any five star hotel in KL.
