But don’t expect perfect condition. Just a normal house at bukit bintang under the name of “swiss garden”. For a shortstay and with low budget is a good choice. But for more than 2 days I don’t recommend. Have a hidden charge rm15/day for cleaning service and parking rm10/day. For someone particular about cleanliness, its not the place. By the time I was ready for bed, I opened the bed cover, and found a cockroach IN THE BED! Sayem took no accountability when notified about the roach and said he "compromised with Expedia" to offer me another room the following night. He stated that it was a new room and that I was the first guest. (Even if it's a "new room", it doesn't mean it's CLEAN! It was definitely NOT new) I even sent him a video of the cockroach in the bed and he still stood ground not to compensate for my stay. I forfeited my second night and stayed at another hotel. This property is NOT a 4 star as advertised. I would NOT recommend this property.
