"Poor service upon arrive from girl on reception’s She had wandered off to the bar to chat. Leaving my elderley parents waiting at reception, calling the hotel and unable to check in until they went to find her. They reported she was rude and unhelpful. Room was good, comfy beds and nice area. "

"One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The bar food and breakfast were both very nice and the bar prices are very reasonable compared to some other hotel brands. We stayed in a junior suite which was very nice indeed. The decor is very modern and appealing and the conditions room is a little gem too. My plans now are to return to play some golf here some time soon. Special mention to the member of staff who went the extra mile by escorting us to our room. "

"Everything was good we stayed in room 111 and the only thing I would report on the downside was that the bed seemed to dip in the middle. We realise it was two single beds joined together, but it definitely dipped in the middle."

"The room was very nice, spacious, well decorated and there were nice touches such as the robes, the radio being on when you arrive and the little sleep kit with the eye mask and earplugs. The staff were super friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious "

"Comfy well presented old world Hotel. Room was nicely decorated but a bit small. Bathroom was smart but the walk in shower managed to cover the whole of the floor in water so had to use one of the towels to mop it up."

"Generally a nice place to to stay. The evening meal was excellent, but unfortunately that was not the same for breakfast, most definitely the "worst" full english breakfast i have ever had, dont know how they had the audacity to serve it up!!! Will not be returning. "
