"The day we checked in they told us that there was no reservation even though I show them my Expedia receipt. Expedia costumer service had to get involved because they did not wanted to honor the reservation that was already paid for through Expedia. It took a while between Expedia costumer service and the hotel back and forth but finally they were able to fix the issue. Other than that we had a good time there. Good location, easy access for the surrounding areas. Awesome breakfast as well. "

"The hotel was very nice and clean, and well maintained. The only drawback was that they lock the hotel doors at night and the front desk isn't always staffed, so guests may become locked inside the hotel. This isn't safe, and would be illegal in many other countries. "
