The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Jorge at the front desk who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay by providing us with recommendations on places to visit, helping us book tours and providing us with a map for guidance on places we can visit in the city center. The front desk staff was amazing!! I was injured in an accident with multiple broken bones and unable to leave the room. The staff went out of their way to accommodate with calling every morning to ask if i wanted breakfast brought up to me, and making sure i was comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is delicious!! I would stay here again!!
