“The best hotel in San Jose”

I am not going to be long, this is simply the best hotel in San Jose, just going back to it after the end of every tour we took was a joy, the best restaurant in town and i actually think better then most European ones, the location is good walking distance ( during the day) form the centre of town, close to city borders if you are going for tours and let's face if you are staying in San Jose on vacation you will b en your way to tours or airport, one day in the city is enough. The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful the breakfast is amazing and the atmosphere is great. The rooms were clean, modern and very well decorated, the cleaning staff were very good, all in all i have to say i was impressed and it in my book better then most european hotels with a Costa Rican flavour!

“A little oasis of luxury...”

We loved staying in this beautiful hotel. The service was faultless, the rooms immaculate and the communal areas comfortable and inviting. The hot tubs were a delight to soak in at the end of the day and the cocktails were a real treat.

“One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.”

I really don't understand why this hotel only scores 4.7 out of 5. In my opinion it was perfect in every way. Having said that, it's location is not ideal for people who want to visit the city centre, but hey, it's only a 5 minute / 5 dollar taxi ride away!
