"Stopped over whilst on business. Check in was great, the room was as good as I’ve seen and everything seemed brand new. Free car charging was a great bonus too. One very minor thing was they had super soft pillows or rock hard ones and nothing in between. "

"Warm welcome from reception and we were given all the necessary information clearly and concisely. A courtesy call when we had settled in to check if everything was ok was a lovely touch. Use of the leisure facilities was included in our room rate which was excellent and we made full use of. Easy to get to the metro for transport into Manchester. Firstly I’d like to say that the staff were superb especially Lucy who seemed to be there every second of every day looking after us checking in, out, breakfast and dinner. Thank you so much. The rooms were clean and the beds were big snd very comfortable. Excellent location in a lovejy area with shops a 2 minute walk away and the station 5 mins away to get into central Manchester. Overall a really nice stay in a nice clean hotel."
