great location, pretty rooms. the elevator is insanely small, the lights are tuned off in the stairways which is dangerous and the rooms reek of smoke. otherwise the rooms are clean, the locations is amazing and the staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed in Paris for 3 nights and found the hotel through other positive reviews. The location was perfect for us, close enough to travel via the metro but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the trip; we were given a complimentary bottle of wine as a Christmas surprise. The room was maintained to a very high standard; the breakfast buffet, although not including in the cost of our rooms, was delicious; and the hotel organised our taxi back to the station and held our luggage on our last day. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely stay here for 2 nights while passing through Paris. It was a great location, facing a courtyard with little traffic noise. Very close to a subway line which gave great access. Lots of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area as well. Staff was very kind and helpful in accommodating our early arrival as well as providing directions. Price was also great. Would definitely recommend it.
We booked to stay at the Citadine because we wanted an apartment. The whole experience was great. The bed was comfortable. The room was big enough. We could get ourselves breakfast and had a great place to come back to after tramping the streets of Paris. This Apart/hotel is close to the metro and close to lots of lovely food shops. Being in Montmartre was wonderful. Restaurants, food shops and cafes abound in close walking distance. We had a room at the back which was lovely and quiet. The view of Sacre Coeur from our window was a treat. Our room was cleaned several time during the week which was very helpful. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. All spoke english and were very gracious.
I was a solo traveller and the hotel was an absolute delight. Right behind the Moulin Rouge in the red light district. I must say it is not suitable for children and probably not families due to the surroundings and shops. Pigalle metro was a 1 min walk to the end of the road and was right next to a bus stop. The staff was really friendly and accommodating and was willing to lead a helping hand whenever I needed help on the area.
This hotel was great -- I think it was recently updated and for the price, it was much more than we anticipated! It's modern, bright, and has all the amenities you'd expect. I stayed with my mom and we were expected two twin beds, but instead we had a sort of suite room with two small rooms, two bathrooms, and full sized beds.
It was a great location, accessible and walkable to the Sacre Couer (albeit a bit of a long walk).
I highly recommend!!
Rooms are clean and functionable. There are no drinks facilities in the room though. Breakfast is very limited choice of croissant, cornflakes, coco pops, toast and cold meats. What is available is perfectly good enough. Staff were lovely, maids very thorough. All in all good value for money.
