"This hotel was awesome loved the location very clean walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc my only complaint would be there is little to no parking. The hotel has 5 designated spots for a fee every day you use a spot. However we enjoyed our stay I definitely recommend."

"Awesome experience! Friendly staff and sooo convenient! Amazing central location. We could pop back multiple times each day for gear. The bathroom had a glass door and was right in front of the bed (room 26), so be really comfortable with whoever you go with. Could use a little soundproofing between up and downstairs rooms because it got a little loud with people walking and showering above us. Overall a great value. We will definitely be back!"

"Nice hotel with friendly staff in a great location. Comfortable room albeit some problems with ants. Didn’t try the breakfast - plenty of choices in nearby streets. Very strange approach to our request for a later checkout (moving from 11 to noon) - available, but only if we paid an extra $20 - felt petty after we had spent over $1000 at the hotel. "

"Had a wonderful stay in a central location with everything within a few minutes walk. The staff were excellent on check in and keeping in touch via text. The thing guest need to know is there is not an elevator or a comfortable lobby to sit in. But didn’t matter to us. "

"This boutique hotel was perfectly situated in Old Quebec - on a quiet street but close to all attractions, shopping and restaurants. The property was spotless and the staff are courteous and friendly. The front desk staff are professional and very helpful. The room we stayed in was very spacious - 2 beds plus a full corner seating area with table, 2 arm chairs and foot stool. (We did not request a suite.) Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend."

"The room was exactly what we were looking for. The check in at reception was friendly and organized. The elevator was under maintenance during our stay. This was very inconvenient and especially troublesome after arriving from traveling and touring throughout the day. A heads up would have been nice. I likely would not have booked this location had I known the conditions. The room circumstance made things better but I was unhappy with the situation I was put in. "
