"Dockside is a great value option for visiting Universal. And the transportation to the parks is excellent. The Rooms are also nice and spacious. The only con for us was that it is an extremely busy hotel. All the public spaces were very crowded."

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever been in. Very Spacious and Clean, Pool is big and Clean. Housekeeping is very consistent. If you are going to universal, they have a shuttle that will take you there for free. Affordable and Delicious Breakfast. Rooms are very Spacious, and we got an amazing pool view. Not to loud, crowded, and noisy. Pretty Quiet for such a big hotel. They also do in room pizza delivery! Would definitely come back!"

"The value for this nearly brand new hotel was amazing through Hotels.com. The hotel is extremely clean and there always seems to be someone cleaning the lobby, elevators or on the room floors themselves. You can also tell the hotel is nearly brand new (it has an unfinished feel). The lobby has a space for an upcoming Indian restaurant but it is still until construction. There were some unusual items such as no dressers in the rooms. We were in a handicap accessible room and the shower...

"The place was neat and had a awesome view. Front desk lady when checking in 04/24/2024 was the sweetest but the lady when checking out this morning 04/27/2024 was rude. The refrigerator didn’t work my whole stay but it didn’t bother me much. Besides that everything else was good! "
