"The staff are excellent, friendly and very professional. Free coffee 24hrs even to takeaway. Full English buffet breakfast. Less than 5 minute walk to the historic city center. My room had a beautiful view the race course. I've stayed at the other two main rivals in chester (you know which one's) and this hotel is much better."

"Pleasantly surprised as would not normally pick to stay in a hotel at service station but the room was great - very comfortable bed and really modern and clean. The staff at check-in and out where really friendly. Prefect place if you need somewhere to spent the night. "

"The lady on reception on Sunday evening was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. She is an example of what a receptionist should be like. Everything else was fine. It was good to be able to have something to eat and drink when we arrived - as you mention on your website."

"Very nice hotel just outside the town. Our room on the ground floor was quite small but with everything you would need. The bathroom was tiny and did require some tlc around the shower area. We had breakfast there which was excellent. Good fresh food and very well cooked. Has parking but the spaces were a little challenging! Would recommend. "

"We stayed for one night while visiting Wales. The check in experience was fine and staff friendly. The room was OK - we could hear sounds from other rooms in the morning and the bathroom had mould spots near bath taps, but other than that it was clean and pretty comfortable. Restaurant looked really nice which I guess is the reason why almost all the photos are of the restaurant. English breakfast tasted good! Thank you."
