"We stayed here as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) and everything was perfect. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was very child friendly with a lending library of books and games, colouring and the staff even had little pouches of duck food to feed the swans on the canal. The pool was clean and the water was warm though the changing rooms were very cold and a little tired. This didn’t stop us having an excellent swimming experience though. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for more and both said that we’d stay here again in a heartbeat if we were to return to the area. "
