"Excellent location 5-7 minutes from Ho Hoan Lake in the old quarters. Small hotel with 5 star service,breakfast buffet was super good and the staff very service minded with good English skills.Easy check in/out,reception desk very friendly and helpful."

"I stayed here twice during my trip to Hanoi and Ha Long Bay. The first two nights were great! There was a problem with the booking on my return from Ha Long Bay and my room had to be changed to a triple twin bed room for some reason. I toss and turn quite a bit and small beds just don't work for me. That's the only reason I gave four stars and not five. The staff overall were great. The location is convenient for most of the Old Quarter attractions, drinks and dining options. I would stay here...

"I checked in at 1pm, checked out at 11:30pm for a silly-o'clock flight. I just needed somewhere to relax and take a shower, so I didnt sleep there. Very close to the airport, in fact right next to the runway. Lovely pool on the roof where you can watch the planes take off and land. 👍"

"5 days stay In the hotel and at floor 7XXX. I booked my ha long bay and ninh Binh through the hotel, All the staff are friendly and breakfast are good enough. The location was fantastic, walking distance. The down side are room slightly smaller than expected and also abit of run down … overall where thing was just right "

I was sick and my friend left a hat on sleeping bus and they made everything to get it back and handed to us during breakfast, which was so far the best breakfast in Vietnam with selection of . We got very nice room and felt at home staying the second time in this hotel- I hardly recommend"

"Absolutely recommend this hotel. The rooms are squeaky clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and kind. The free breakfast was actually very good, you order when you check in. Also, the free ride to the airport was fast and instantly provided when we asked. Great team and a great hotel. There are some good.pizza and fried chicken places within walking distance. Thanks from California!"

"This was a good place to stay. They did a good job of communicating with me via the app and arranged for a driver to meet me at the airport. A staff member helpfully carried my bag for me up to the 5th floor. The room was as advertised, comfortable & clean. The options for eating near by were overwhelming and sights were walkable. They were quick to offer any help in booking travel services & stored my bag for a bit after check out."

"We stayed here because it was walkable to the one pillar pagoda and other things we needed to get to. Also, the price was really good. The staff was accommodating and excellent. The rooms have some wear but overall in good shape and they clean the rooms well. The walls aren’t very sound proof so you can hear loud talking and crying kids next door but normal volume conversations aren’t noticeable. Because no one is really out past 11pm it is quiet after that. I would stay here again. "

"Booked this for the pool and pleasantly surprised how clean and maintained it is. Cool water to cool down on the 40 degree days! Breakfast was good, eggs made on request. Buffet food is left out uncovered so I didn’t have much of it after seeing bar flies on the fruit. No window as such in the room but loved how quiet it is with no street noise at all. Water splashes out of shower every use but water falls to drain outside so it’s not a huge deal. No early checkin here and they charge extra...
