There are no signs how to get to the hotel and could easily end up on another car park on the ground flood (and get charged extra). No hotel phone number on tbe booking to call them. Also no info on hotel website on where to park."

"My mother required a more accessible bathroom because of new disability. Staff members Sallie and Steve McCabe were able to find her a suitable alternative room which made her stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. Many thanks both"
