"I am going to be as fair as possible with my review, front desk staff was excellent, easy check in, very help full and spoke english, Lobby was clean. Good location, Airport bus shuttle from Narita stops right in front of hotel, the free shuttle to Disney was a big plus. The location was also good, plenty of places to eat, train station is just minutes away and skytree is close by. My disappointment was our room it had a funky smell to it as did the corridor of our floor. Stay away from the...

"It’s a good hotel for tourism who are visiting Shinjuku. We had a spacious room on the corner but the only thing missing was the fact that the room didn’t have chairs to sit in. It was rather a simple bench against the wall which is less convenient if you want to sip a drink while watching the excellent view of the city. No gym facilities or pool. Breakfast is great and had excellent choices for any taste!"

"Great location, there were subway stops across the street from where we were at. Only met one front desk attendant who spoke English. Air conditioning would turn off at night, which was uncomfortable, but opening the window at night helped. That said, we never addressed that issue with the hotel staff, so maybe they would’ve fixed it had we said something. On site laundry machines were nice! The cafe downstairs had some very delicious options."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious."

"Wonderful location close to multiple subway (JR or Tokyo Metro) options that is just a few stops away from desirable locations near central Tokyo. Peaceful suburban area to one side with various parks and memorials and river-side walking paths, but the other side on JR Ryogoku can be lively with many options for food and other activities. Ultimately was a good mix and perfect convenient location for me. "

"Clean, has all amenities, yes room is small but they already mention this is a business hotel so it’s meant for solo or couple travellers who are ok with small room. We don’t care as we just go there to sleep but if you have kids then don’t choose this place due to room size. Everything else was perfect. Train station is across so super convenient. "
