"We had a really great experience at Tobu Hotel. The location was perfect and close to train station.Really close to shopping: Don Quijote and a mall nearby with lots of restaurants as well. But what stood out was the exceptional service from all the staff.Checking in and out was easy.We were also able to book the Limo bus from the hotel directly to Narita Airport which was so convenient for multiple luggages.Will definitely book this hotel again."

"We got the high floor room and it’s the best decision with a little extra money. Bonus is we have Lawson convenience store open 24hrs in the 2nd floor of the hotel. Hotel is very clean and bed is comfortable. 5mins walk to train. Not far from most of the tourist attractions "

"The hotel is clean and very close to Shinjuku station - about 4-5 minutes walking. Very convenient for traveling in Tokyo. Staff helped us in many matters. Laundry and drying machines in 4 floors. Breakfast was good with western and Japanese food but can be improved. Rooms are very small. Difficult to move from one side to the other when 2 suitcases are open. If you come 10 minutes before the end of the breakfast, the staff treats you in a very unpleasant way and almost convince you not to eat....
