"Booked a business room, did not have a USB connection. Note on bathroom wall stated use shower mat but was not one in room, when i asked at reception they stated you have to ask for one. Toilet paper so thin very cheap."

"No problems with anything. Yes, we knew about the breakfast bag - no complaints there. But trying to sleep when the only light for the bathroom reflects through the mirror onto the bed. Fit a dimmer switch, or move the mirror onto the opposite side by the bathroom door - or, fit one of those small blue lights in the bathroom, which allows you to see at night without disturbing anyone else in the hotel room."

"We were there for a family gathering. The reeceptionist was warm and welcoming and very helpful. We had a meal and all the front of house were lovely, Daniella was particularly good. Her service was with a big smile, nothing was too much trouble and our food and drinks were perfect. There was a football team there that evening yet somehow everyone managed to give a smooth and timely service. Excellent stay . Loud noise of peacocks and cockerels in early hours (not a problem for me) reminds me of home, but absence of reliable newspaper supplier in surroundings is an issue."
